Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota teaching license required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in schools is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a variety of needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each learner’s abilities
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Create a positive, structured, and caring classroom culture
• Comply with all district, state, and federal special education requirements
