Special Education Teacher | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license required
• Experience working with middle and high school students preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction to 20-25 students in a resource classroom for grades 7-12
• Co-teach and collaborate with two other teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
• Leverage paraprofessional classroom support to enhance student achievement
• Tailor strategies to support individualized student learning goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain effective records in alignment with school and IEP requirements
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages social and academic growth
