Special Education Teacher in Eden Prairie, MN

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Special Education licensure in Minnesota
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to student-centered practices and positive outcomes

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 16 students, ensuring compliance with all IEP requirements
• Deliver both pull-in and pull-out services tailored to individual student needs
• Monitor and ensure students receive required service minutes
• Provide academic support, helping students complete assignments and classwork
• Track student progress and support achievement of IEP and educational goals
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
