Location: El Monte, CA 91731 

Pay Range: 45-60/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) 

• Create structured learning environments that accommodate ASD students’ unique needs

• Implement specialized teaching strategies and interventions

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs in mathematics and english

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs

• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred)

• Valid CA State Special Education Teaching License 

• Mod/Severe Certification displayed on the CTC website

• At least 1 year of Previous Elementary class experience teaching in a special needs classroom - Self-contained
