Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience teaching or supporting students in grades Kindergarten through 3rd preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and classroom management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to inclusive education

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Implement IEPs in coordination with general education teachers and service providers
• Provide direct instruction in small group and one-on-one settings
