You’ll be part of a dedicated staff utilizing Project Lead the Way Launch, introducing students to engineering, computer programming, and science through hands-on, engaging projects. Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification—Tier 3 or 4 required
- Experience with elementary resource caseloads preferred
- Strong foundation in current special education practices and compliance
- Skill in delivering differentiated instruction and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and support to elementary students with varying needs in a resource setting
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service personnel, and families
- Track student progress and provide data-driven documentation
- Support students in accessing mathematics, science, engineering, and technology curriculum
- Foster a positive classroom culture encouraging curiosity, engagement, and growth
This contract opportunity runs from early September through early June, with regular full-time weekday hours—offering structure and stability for the school year.
