Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience working with students requiring Setting 4 support or similar high-needs populations preferred
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to implement individualized education programs

• Effective communication skills, collaborating with fellow educators, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education instruction for students with severe disabilities or behaviors, tailored to individual IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and monitor student progress

• Maintain accurate educational documentation and participate in IEP meetings
