Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Prior experience teaching students in K-6th grade strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP processes, including writing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs

- Ability to create and maintain a supportive, structured classroom environment for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students in a dedicated special education classroom
- Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking progress toward academic and behavioral goals
- Plan and facilitate IEP meetings with families, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance and advocacy for student needs
