Special Education Teacher in Elkin, NC

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid North Carolina Teaching License for Middle and/or High School
• Experience working within inclusion/resource special education environments preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction within both middle and high school classrooms
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to ensure student progress

• Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student successes and goals
