Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Special Education
- Experience working with high school students (grades 9-12)
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners and learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct push-in resource support during classroom instruction for high school students with varying educational needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify lessons and ensure accommodations are met
- Develop, review, and monitor IEPs in partnership with students, families, and staff
- Create an encouraging and accessible environment to foster student growth and success
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators to support student achievement
- Actively engage in professional development throughout the school year
This opportunity features a Monday through Thursday workweek with hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm—giving you long weekends for personal time and relaxation.
