Special Education Teacher in Elma, WA

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students, especially in grades 2-5
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families and staff
• Adept at adapting curriculum and classroom strategies for varied learning styles
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:
