What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor IEPs alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team

• Provide specialized instruction in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings

• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs

• Collect and analyze data to guide instruction and celebrate student progress

• Collaborate with staff and families to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education guidelines

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field

• Active state Special Education teaching license/certification (with required endorsements)

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of IEP development, data-driven instruction, and differentiated learning
