Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Current Kansas State Teaching License with relevant endorsement.
  • Preferred: Credentials in school psychology, social work, or school counseling.
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Strong background supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs.
  • Previous experience as a school-based behavioral specialist, BCBA, or in similar roles.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
