Special Education Teacher - Enfield, New Hampshire

Experience a rewarding summer opportunity supporting students as a Special Education Teacher during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This contract position spans from July 6 to July 31, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 12 pm. Located near Enfield, NH, you'll play a vital role in guiding students toward their academic and developmental goals in a dynamic school environment.

Three enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Teachers are needed to join this ESY program. You'll have the chance to collaborate with education professionals, help shape individualized instruction, and make a significant impact on students’ summer learning experiences.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Prior experience in a school setting as a Special Education Teacher
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse student needs
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver specialized instruction based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and related service providers
• Track student progress and maintain required documentation
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Communicate with families regarding student growth and needs
