This assignment presents multiple full-time positions serving high school students, with roles available both supporting mild/moderate SPED needs and teaching in a Specialized Support Needs (SSN) program. Your impact will be evident every day as you empower and motivate students to excel.

Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required
  • Experience or interest in high school special education caseloads
  • Preparedness to support students with mild/moderate needs and/or teach in SSN programs
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support high school SPED caseloads with individualized plans
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and families
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Deliver services within a specialized SSN program, making a meaningful difference for students
