The ideal candidate will hold a valid New Hampshire Special Education certification and a bachelor's degree in special education or a related field. Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education practices is required. Case management experience and familiarity with behavioral supports are preferred.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized instruction, coordinating IEPs, maintaining special education documentation, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers, service providers, and families to support student success and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
