This is a full time, contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, with the chance to work closely with a group of around 12 students in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential; Early Childhood Special Ed (ECSE) certification preferred
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, especially with early childhood ages
- Strong commitment to student-centered learning and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, organized, and proactive approach to teaching
- Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate closely with families, general education staff, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture supporting students’ academic and social-emotional development
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, reports, and IEP documentation
