Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Certification in Kansas (SPED Cert in KS)
• Experience supporting middle or high school students, preferably in Life Skills or Resource settings
• Ability to adapt lessons for diverse learning abilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with staff, families, and support teams

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and deliver individualized and small group instruction in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and specialists to provide support

• Monitor, document, and report student progress regularly
• Craft lesson materials and modify curriculum to match students’ unique learning styles
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
