Responsibilities include:

- Primarily facilitate pull-out sessions, working with small groups or one-on-one outside their general education classrooms.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to effectively promote inclusion and student engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and regularly communicate updates with families and team members.
- Implement evidence-based teaching practices, adapting to the changing needs of students throughout the school year.
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop measurable, achievable goals for each student.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management and a compassionate approach, creating a positive and structured learning atmosphere.
Preferred qualifications:
- Valid credentials to teach Special Education or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure.
- Previous experience supporting early elementary-aged students in a resource or special education setting.
