Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience with K-2nd grade students preferred
- Strong skills in both resource and pull-out service delivery models

Responsibilities:
- Support a caseload of 20-26 K-2nd grade students in a resource/push-in, pull-out setting
- Primarily deliver pull-out services, providing individualized and small-group instruction
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to ensure student success
- Collect data, track progress, and communicate regularly with families
