Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state teaching license with Special Education certification
• Experience teaching or supporting students in grades K-5
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Modify curriculum and classroom activities to support student participation and progress
• Track student achievement and maintain thorough, accurate records
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture
• Participate in IEP meetings and school team discussions
• Provide small group or one-on-one instruction as needed
