Elementary Licensed Special Education Teacher - Eugene, Oregon

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Certification in Special Education for grades K-5
• Proven classroom experience at the elementary school level
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Expertise in differentiated instruction, behavior management, and adaptive learning strategies
• Excellent communication skills for building partnerships with staff and families
• Passion for helping diverse learners reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored instruction to meet the unique needs of each student
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
