Special Education Teacher - Eureka, MO

Your background should include:

• Active Special Education teaching credentials in Missouri
• Previous experience working with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
• Familiarity with both self-contained and resource classroom models
• Ability to manage diverse K-12 student caseloads
• A strong work ethic and commitment to student success
• A collaborative approach and the desire to learn and grow
• Positive, professional attitude and effective communication skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs tailored to student needs
• Provide instruction and interventions in self-contained and/or resource settings
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
• Monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records to support each learner’s goals
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every student can thrive
