Special Education Teacher - Evans, GA

Step into a rewarding opportunity working as an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Teacher for the full 2026/2027 school year in a welcoming, supportive educational environment. There are three onsite, full-time positions available—one supporting middle school students and two with elementary-aged students. Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Special Education Teacher Licensure/Certification (required; include verification with your application)
• Prior experience working within school-based special education settings is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff
• Strong classroom management, positive behavioral supports, and diligent documentation skills
• Full-time availability for the upcoming school year (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
• Commitment to onsite instruction

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized, evidence-based instruction to students on the autism spectrum
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Work collaboratively with classroom staff, support personnel, and families
• Maintain detailed and organized classroom records
• Create an inclusive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
