Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Washington state teaching certification with Special Education endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement accommodations and modifications
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to families and educational teams
