Key Qualifications:
- Current New Hampshire Teaching License is required.
- Previous special education teaching experience—particularly in mental health or behavioral classrooms—is strongly valued.
- Strong skills in evaluation, case management, reporting, and facilitating effective communication during meetings.
- Compassionate approach and the ability to adapt strategies to individual student needs.
- Capable of managing a caseload of approximately 10-16 students, ensuring both academic and behavioral growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver specialized lessons tailored to diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Regularly conduct evaluations and assessments to monitor student progress.
- Oversee case management duties, including documentation, individualized education plans (IEPs), and parent/guardian communication.
- Collaborate with staff, therapists, and administrators to foster student success.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of classroom interventions and support strategies.
