Special Education Teacher in Fairborn, OH

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid State of Ohio Intervention Specialist or Special Education Teacher certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Previous teaching experience in a special education classroom, self-contained setting highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction for students in a self-contained classroom environment
• Develop, adapt, and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
