Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Experience with K-12 students strongly preferred

  • Willingness to embrace new environments and educational methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support to a caseload of up to 35 students (K-12; age group preference available)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support personnel
  • Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all learners
