We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support students across special education and general education settings. This role focuses on helping students build social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specially designed instruction and services as outlined in student IEPs

Support the development of social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy

Provide behavioral and academic support within both special education and general education environments

Implement behavior regulation strategies and collaborate with school teams to support student success

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license required

Experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs preferred

Strong understanding of IEP implementation and compliance

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based school setting
