Key Responsibilities:

Deliver special education services aligned with student IEP goals

Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy

Assist students with behavior regulation in both special education and general education environments

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate IEP documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Special Education licensure
