A rewarding opportunity awaits an enthusiastic Special Education Teacher committed to supporting students through individualized educational plans. This contract position focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 instruction for the Extended School Year (ESY) and continuing into the 2026-2027 school year.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (ABS, ASD, EBD, SLD, or equivalent)
  • Experience working directly with students in 1:1 settings is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized instruction tailored to each student’s IEP goals
  • Continually assess progress, maintaining accurate documentation and reports
  • Collaborate regularly with families, colleagues, and support staff to ensure holistic development and success for students
  • Cultivate a positive, supportive classroom environment that values individual strengths and fosters growth
