Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) required
  • Experience working with students with a variety of learning differences and needs

  • Flexibility and passion for innovative instructional strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored instructional activities to meet unique student goals
  • Write, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Create an inclusive classroom culture that supports and motivates all learners
  • Collaborate with support staff, administrators, and families to ensure student growth
  • Maintain clear records and ongoing communication regarding student progress
  • Attending meetings, trainings, and professional development as necessary
