In this role, you will work closely with a caseload of 5–7 students in grades K–2, developing individualized plans to help each child meet their educational and developmental goals. Your expertise in Special Education will play a crucial part in fostering a collaborative classroom environment, ensuring that every student receives the guidance and instruction they need to thrive.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Special Education (state requirements must be met)
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in working with early elementary students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong organization and documentation abilities
• Commitment to inclusive education practices

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and modify IEPs tailored to individual student needs
