Role Overview:
- Deliver specialized academic instruction tailored to individual learning needs.
- Write and manage IEPs, conduct student assessments, and track progress.
- Provide guidance and oversight to RBTs and paraprofessionals in the classroom.
- Implement evidence-based academic and behavioral programming within an ABA framework.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, related service providers, families, and school staff to ensure a holistic and effective approach to student success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid MA educator license in Moderate or Severe Disabilities.
- Experience working in ABA-based or therapeutic classroom settings is preferred.
- Ability to support and engage students presenting with challenging behaviors.
- Skilled in IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
