Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ IEPs within a core replacement setting
  • Modify curriculum, providing targeted instruction across academic subjects
  • Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed documentation and records
  • Apply accommodations, modifications, and supports as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers and other school professionals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to individualized student goal setting
  • Communicate progress regularly with families, staff, and related service providers
  • Foster positivity, independence, and confidence in your students each day
