Two full-time contract opportunities are open for the full 2026-2027 academic year, offering you the chance to make a difference each day. You’ll work closely with students in a supportive environment, tailoring instruction to their unique needs and collaborating with a dedicated team of educators.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • Valid certification in Special Education
  • Proven experience or strong engagement with students with diverse learning needs
  • Ability to develop, adapt, and deliver effective lesson plans weekly
  • Expertise in creating, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Team-player mentality with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with data collection and progress monitoring three times annually
  • Readiness to participate actively in Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings and ongoing district/professional development

Your primary daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing instruction to a caseload of up to 12-24 students, divided between morning and afternoon sessions
  • Integrating IEP goals into classroom activities every day
  • Following a prescribed curriculum while adapting to individual student needs
  • Creating and implementing IEPs, scheduling and leading meetings with the IEP team
  • Thoroughly reporting on both curriculum and goal progress three times each year
  • Participating in PLC and professional development sessions
  • Other duties as assigned by the program

You’ll work a consistent schedule, 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027 (with some flexibility for snow days).
