Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Previous experience with students with special needs preferred
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging instruction to students with special needs
• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
• Incorporate prescribed curriculum and document student progress
• Prepare and report on IEP and goal progress three times annually
• Develop, implement, and revise IEPs as needed
• Coordinate and facilitate IEP team meetings
• Participate in PLC meetings and ongoing professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned
