Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) licensure required
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated Special Education Teacher for one assigned elementary campus
• Manage a caseload of 10-15 students, delivering personalized, engaging instruction tailored to individual learning needs
• Create, update, and implement IEPs in partnership with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies to maximize growth
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusion
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
