Special Education Teacher Positions – Onsite in Fontana, CA (Near San Bernardino)
Soliant Education is seeking five dedicated Special Education Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. These contract roles focus on providing high-quality education to students with mild/moderate and moderate/severe disabilities in an inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to create inclusive and supportive classrooms.
- Monitor student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes.
- Deliver direct instruction and support for students with a range of disabilities.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding progress and goals.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid California teaching credential with Special Education authorization.
- Experience teaching students with mild/moderate or moderate/severe disabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse staff and families.
- A genuine commitment to creating positive and inclusive learning environments.
