Two specialized contract teaching opportunities are available for dedicated Special Education professionals with dual certification in both Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education.

Step into a vital role working onsite, full time (37.5 hours per week), for the 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll split your expertise between early childhood and K-5 resource classrooms, serving eager students at either Forest View Elementary School or Linwood Elementary School.

What will set you up for success?

• Valid Minnesota teaching license with dual certification in Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education (required)
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs from early childhood through elementary grades
• Comfort balancing resource room and early childhood instructional responsibilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized instruction across early childhood and K–5 caseloads
• Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to compliance requirements
• Contributing to a positive, team-oriented school culture
