Starting at the end of August and running through December, this role offers both full-time and part-time morning schedules, depending on your availability. Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Minnesota Teaching License with an Early Childhood Special Education endorsement (dual certification)
- Experience working with or a passion for supporting preschool-age children with special needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to individualized instruction and inclusive classroom practices
- Ability to submit both a resume and a PDF of your valid MN teaching license for consideration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of early learners with disabilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
- Foster a positive, supportive, and enriching learning environment
