Special Education Teacher

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher for a contract position in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will support students with diverse learning needs by delivering individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and committed to helping every student achieve academic and personal success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) guidelines and federal IDEA regulations.
• Deliver differentiated and evidence-based instruction to meet the diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities.
• Monitor and document student progress, using assessment data to adjust instruction and ensure progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive practices and ensure appropriate services and accommodations are provided.

Experience:

• Previous experience in schools preferred.

Education:

• Colorado Special Education License

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.82 to $50.82. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
