Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential for the state of Arkansas
• Demonstrated experience with K-12 caseloads
• Previous work designing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Comfortable working in self-contained, inclusion, resource, and co-teaching settings
• Strong work ethic, a proactive growth mindset, and a positive, collaborative attitude
• Ability to fulfill all the general responsibilities and duties of a Special Education Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective instruction tailored to students with varied educational needs
• Write, review, and update IEPs in compliance with regulations and student goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
• Foster inclusive classroom environments and differentiated learning opportunities
• Communicate with parents, advocates, and school administrators to ensure student success
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required
