Required License: Special Education Teacher License in IL

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Frankfort, IL area. The successful candidates will provide specialized instruction to students with diverse disabilities, working within varied classroom models and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to each student’s needs

• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Special Education Teacher in IL
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to student success and professional growth
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
