What you'll bring:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience working in kindergarten through 5th-grade settings preferred
• Familiarity with inclusion models and ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with team members, families, and service providers
• Commitment to fostering a positive, engaging learning atmosphere
• Organizational skills to manage IEPs, assessments, and documentation effectively

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver targeted instruction aligned with students' IEP goals in an inclusion classroom
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and classroom activities
• Track and report progress, maintaining clear communication with parents and support staff
• Employ a range of strategies to support social, behavioral, and academic growth
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional development activities
• Create a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages all students to thrive
