  • Strong skills in differentiating instruction and modifying curriculum
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct instruction and targeted interventions in both small group and one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct regular progress assessments, and communicate with families regarding student growth
  • Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate a range of learning styles and abilities
  • Actively participate in professional development and school-based meetings
