Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students (grades K-8)
- Background in delivering specialized instruction for reading and mathematics
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide small group and one-on-one pull-out instruction focusing on reading and math intervention for students across K-8
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) in consultation with colleagues and families
- Adapt and modify curriculum materials to address a range of learning needs and styles
- Collect data, monitor student progress, and adjust instruction as needed to ensure growth and success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational requirements and best practices
