Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education (282) Teaching License required
• Background in resource-style classrooms or experience with 1:1 case management preferred
• Commitment to full-time hours (35–40 per week)
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with special needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with general educators, therapists, and support personnel
• Communicate consistently with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, complying with district and state requirements
