Special Education Teacher in Fremont, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience crafting and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
• Familiarity with a variety of instructional techniques and adaptive technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative, individualized lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
• Conduct ongoing assessments to measure student progress and adjust strategies as needed
