Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with students’ IEPs
  • Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment in an SDC setting
  • Develop behavioral and academic interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families
  • Monitor student progress and document achievements toward goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and school-wide initiatives
  • Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and life skills for student success
